Millennia Temple

This place is where you can purchase Millenium items or challenge the holders to Millenium Duels. There exists only one instance of each Millennium Item in the academy. Items that have not been claimed can be purchased by paying the corresponding about of DP. Millennium items can only be used in Millennium Duels.

Millennium Duels*:
Millennium duels can only be initiated by the payment of DP, or the acceptance of both players, and are the only way to take a Millennium item. Should you not possess a Millenium item, you can challenge a holder for their item by paying half of the DP cost of the item. If you have an item, you can challenge a holder by putting up your item to be taken and paying one-tenth of the DP cost of the item you wish to take. PDA Custom Cards can be used in the Millennium Duels. The loser of the Millennium Duel has their wagered item, if any, taken by the winner.

Items (You can only purchase an item if you own none):
Millennium Puzzle - 1500 DP - Owned by ABlitz4390
Once per duel, you can shuffle any number of cards from your hand into the deck. You can negate the effect of any other Millenium item.

Millennium Ring - 1000 DP - Owned by Jakester390
Twice per Duel, you can shuffle your entire hand into the deck. You can negate the effect of any other Millenium item, except the Millenium Puzzle

Millennium Rod - 800 DP - Owned by Skiadrum
Once per duel, you can declare one type of card (Monster/Spell/Trap). Your opponent cannot activate that type of card until their next End Phase.

Millenium Eye - 600 DP - Owned by 9link5
Twice Per Duel, you can look at all cards your opponent has set and in their hand.

Millennium Scale - 500 DP
Once per duel, you can conduct a fusion summon without Polymerization.

Millennium Necklace - 300 DP
Thrice per duel, you can look at the top card of either player's deck.

Millennium Key - 100 DP
Twice per duel, you can shuffle either player's deck.

That's what the prices are for. And besides, regardless of how powerful an item is, the duelist might just get unlucky.

I think it should appear under the user's name like the stamps? A clear indication everywhere that one has the item?

Do I have to participate in the RP to buy them? If not I'll buy the Millenium Rod.
